Busy times

We are having a while school focus on COP26 this term.  Classes have started work on their topics and projects and I hope to share their work on here soon.  P6/7 made artwork about the impact climate change has on them and how it makes them feel.  These are poignantly beautiful, aren’t they?

Fibonacci’s Sequence

Our theee P6/7  Classes have been learning about the Fibonacci sequence and how it is often found in mature.

Where has the time gone?

We have been carrying out playground litter surveys, cracking conkers open, writing nature-inspired calligrams, den building, creating slideshows about the plastic problem our planet is facing, surveying the litter in the canal, presenting slideshows and making pie charts, pictograms, Venn diagrams and Carroll diagrams, bar charts of our work and that’s before I mention the information writing which has happened ! I have included P6/7B’s amazing climate change artwork too-beautiful but really thought provoking!

t’s been non stop and a fantastically productive term.

Well done to all the classes for their hard work and brilliant attitude! I can’t wait to continue working with you next term,

Miss G
